The Keefer Team began in 1985 with Sharon Keefer. Since then, it has grown into a team with, Jessica Hooley, Doug Keefer and Veronica Carl with over 44 years of combined experience in full-time real estate sales, representing both buyers and sellers and is now led by Sharon’s daughter Jessica Hooley.

Jessica Hooley joined the team as an agent in 2004. Her background of growing up in a real estate home and working for 4 years as an assistant to a high profile agent in Denver, Colorado, gave her a broad understanding of the business and commitment it requires to achieve success. She has brought tremendous energy and enthusiasm in working with all clients! Her excitement and ability to embrace the ever-changing technological landscape has added immensely to the team’s success. Since 2004 Jessica has also been an active member and leader with the Junior League of San Jose including serving on its Board of Directors.

Doug Keefer joined the team in 2001 bringing 30 years of corporate management and problem solving experience. As a result, the Keefer team offers a broader range of services to meet the needs of sellers and buyers. Doug’s strong work ethic and incredible attention to detail benefits clients by allowing them to bring homes to market with minimal stress to the seller. His gift of working with seniors and their families has endeared him to countless clients.

Veronica Carl has lived in Almaden since 1998 and her extended family even longer. Their roots in the community run deep and connections are unparalleled with four generations now having lived in Almaden going all the way back to the 1960’s. Veronica is very active in the community and her children all attend/attended the local schools. She has teamed up with the Keefer Team who are consistently recognized and awarded as top producers. Together, their passion to serve their clients lead to a world-class experience as it begins with a relationship built on trust.
